Add colours to your experience in Germany with AIESEC

German-Jordanian University in cooperation with AIESEC launches support program for youth that obtain a course in Germany.

Now students of GJU have opportunity to enrich personal and professional experience, make staying oversees secured and bright. AIESEC in Germany is ready to facilitate high-valuable internships for the Jordanian representatives, along with opportunity for personal and professional development, cultural activities, networking with the local youth and foreigners from around 100 countries and ongoing logistical support. Annually AIESEC Germany facilitates 230 - 350 full time internships with a valuable job-description. Due to many years of successful operation and presence in 52 biggest universities of the country, organization built vast network of business contacts, established partnerships for internship purposes with well-known companies like PWC, TATA, Lufthanza, DHL, Deutche Bank, Deutche Bahn, T-Mobile International, Siemens, Fujitsu, Deutsche Telekom, BOSCH, Henkel, Kloepfel consulting, Deutsche Post World Net, KPMG, etc. Among other benefits of the program is:

  • Reimbursement for several activities. The "German Foreign Office" supports interns from AIESEC, giving money to cultural activities, German courses, reception weekends, etc.
  • Reception activities. Most of the AIESEC offices in Germany have good reception and integration activities for the interns. From picking up, arranging accommodation and providing help with legal support to inviting for meetings, country presentations and social activities with other aiesecers or interns.
  • Reception Weekends. Many AIESEC branches in Germany organize reception weekends during the year. This way you have the chance to go to events like Oktoberfest in Munich or the Carnival of Cultures in Berlin with other interns and aiesecers, or simply get to know all the beautiful corners of Germany.
  • Salary. There is a minimum salary of at least 585 Euro paid by any company you will work as interns at in Germany. This is sufficient to cover all your living costs in most cities. Some cities, e.g. Munich, are more expensive and therefore have a higher salary. You can be assured that your salary covers all your living costs well.
  • Quality. You can expect a great experience, both AIESEC-wise and professionally. On a scale from 1 to 6 (1 being best, 6 being worst), our trainees in the last year rated the integration in the LCs at 2.3 and the professional experience at 1.9 on average.

To take part in program, you need to submit application form: http://tinyurl.com/AIESEC-internshippass English test and interview and attend preparation seminars.
