Case study of internship in TATA

Adrian Urs - From Romania - during 2005, starting in September

Adrian – the professional view

I'm working in Java and Oracle and my main tasks are to develop new submodules in Ultimatix (internal platform of TCS – it integrates all the systems in one interface accessible all world wide).

My main learning points are: new database technologies, how to handle a complex database, how to  find and fix programming errors in a complex source code etc.

Adrian – the personal view

India is truly a mysterious and beautiful country and strikes me because of the stark contrasts, be it of the modern and traditional or poor and affluent that co-exist.

This is a unique place where you can redefine the meaning of life. Experiencing the amazing cultures and religions.

Adrian - the PLT view

For all our team members this was the first experience to work with foreign resources in domestic location. Adrian has been part of the team and put his efforts in resolving all technical and functional issues. It was a fruitful experience for all us.

Adrian’s roles and responsibilities

-  Capturing date/information

-  Enhancing the quality of code through proper testing.

-  Develops internally and external stakeholder relationship
